I am still here

Yes I am still alive and all is well. I know all 3 of you that read this are just wondering what I have been up to. Well here it is in a nutshell. Work, play and sleep. I eat a bit here and there, I am only 10 pounds away from where I would like to be.
The kids are doing great. Derrick always wants to know why. He started and finished his first organized sport, T Ball. He loved it. Derrick started off a bit shy and reserved but really came out. of his shell. He had so much fun with the other kids and the coach was great. Coach would always say "big hitter" when a player from the other team came up. By the last game, Derrick took over that job. He is such a loving big brother too. Every morning after he wakes up he crawls in Leah;s crib and wakes her up with the song I would ask him up to. He gets out of the crib and wakes me up
Miss Leah is growing up so fast!! This girl loves a book. She would pass up any toy or any Gabba Gabba, Blue Clues, Little Einsteins or Handy Manny to read a book.  I never would have imagined a 20 month old get mad about what shoes go on he feet and what shirt goes on her back. My baby even gets picky on how she wants her hair. "Hair bow or no hair bow" is a daily question. I am still working with different products to find one that that I like. People were picking on me bc I kept putting baby oil in her hair to keep the frizzes under control.  Miss Leah loves to eat! She will out eat Derrick most meals.  I notice that most pictures of her I post on facebook are of her and food.
Again I am on Facebook often so please friend me or take the plunge and get on!!

New Duds

Man I am a fan of the hand me downs. Thanks to a friend in Derrick George's class and his mom, for sending over some of what he outgrows. I then pass the clothes down to one of two little boys in my life. Leah just got a HUGE box of stuff from Laney's Mommy that I am just in love with. Thank you so much for shipping them out. We are getting great wear out of them. I am looking for someone to pass Leah's outgrowns to. It takes so long for her to outgrow anything. She can still pull off 6-9/ 9-12 months pants and some jammies. Shirts are now 12-18 months. She will be turning 17 months in a about two weeks. Gueess she will get my petite stature. Poor kid..
