No I Have Not Fallen Off The Face Of The Earth

Hi everyone. As you can see in the title I have not fallen off the face of the earth. I have not been checking in much lately and my apologies to all of you. I just am so pressed for time I do not know what way is up at times. We have had our hands full. Leah has hit the six month mark and doing well. I t took her a bit to roll over but is now great at it. He is lifting her torso up off the ground and beginning to rock back and fourth. She scoots backwards and in circles. She is a very content baby. He really loves her brother. When he is not home, she seems almost lonely and gazes up at his pictures on the wall. Derrick LOVES his sister and is always smothering her with kisses and hugs. Anytime we are playing he ALWAYS makes sure she has a toy like he does. Derrick celebrated his second birthday with a bang. It landed on the first father daughter dance night so we had a quiet late family time at the house. D and I went for Ice cream at Brewster's and sat out side and watched all the cars and trucks go by. This kid has an eye for a COP CAR!! I do not need a radar detector when I have him in the back. We missed the big trip to see Evan and his big birthday but hope to make it up that way soon. We did make a trip to see grandma in Florida the past weekend. We all went up there to see big John get married. Derrick and Leah did see the ocean for the first time ever. The wedding was great. I will get some picture of the last few weeks up soon.
